Ciranova Inks $4 Million in Series C Round

SANTA CLARA, CA --
Ciranova, a start-up in the electronic design automation (EDA) space, has closed a third round of financing with investment led by AsiaTech Management.
The company plans to use the proceeds for continued development and to bring to market new, enhanced products.
AsiaTech Management was joined by existing investors Alloy Ventures and US Venture Partners in funding the round. AsiaTech partner Katherine Jen will join Ciranova's Board of Directors.
